After my double knee surgery, repairing ligaments in both my knees, I had barely any strength left in my legs. I struggled to walk, or even hold up my own weight at times. But after I began physical therapy at Cross County Medical things improved almost immediately! They put me through intense stretches, and weight training exercises to regain my strength and coordination. The physical therapist was extremely kind and caring, she was patient with me, but firm when she needed to be. After 3 months I’m walking normally, and even able to jog a bit!

My entire family goes to Cross County and we absolutely love it! My father was the first, for his cardiac care. They’ve taken amazing care of him, and he’s been much healthier since his heart attack a few years ago. They help him manage his cholesterol, blood pressure, and are constantly monitoring his health and vitals. And it’s great having the entire family get care at the same place, saves us tons of time and makes it so much easier when my children aren’t feeling well or my daughter needs a physical for school.

I just started going to Cross County to see Dr. Asadourian and he is by far the best Gastrointestinal Specialist around, and he speaks fluent Armenian as I do! He’s the only one I trust when it comes to my care, especially when it comes to anything the least bit invasive, like a colonoscopy or endoscopy.

I’ve lived in Queens Village for the last 10 years with my wife, and recently brought my mom to live with us from India. Adjusting to America has been pretty difficult, especially since she has needed a lot of medical care as she’s gotten older. The hardest part of that is finding a doctor she is comfortable with, since she doesn’t speak much English at all, only Hindi. Luckily, I was referred to Cross County and it is the perfect fit! The office is right down the block from our home and she can get to her appointments within a 5 minute walk, plus a lot of the staff speaks fluent Hindi and they take the time to make sure my mom understands exactly what’s going on – explaining procedures, and medication she needs, or when her next appointments are. Cross County Medical has been a life saver for my wife and I!

I have gone through 3 or 4 pain specialists in Queens and have gotten some of the worst care ever, from some of the shadiest doctors I’ve ever met! But after I was referred to Cross County by my insurance company, things were way different! Dr. Belotte is an amazing doctor and isn’t there to just prescribe you meds and walk away. I have undergone electro-stim therapy on my back for the last few weeks, and its worked wonders. Plus they offer in-house physical therapy which has really worked wonders for my movement, and I’m finally able to walk up the stairs without being in constant pain. I’m feeling better than I have in years thanks to Dr. Belotte!
